Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched from Australia within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales, launches, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier network:

  • Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Regional areas: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch

  • Remote areas: may take longer

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS (if provided). Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it’s been lost in transit, contact us at Vitalsupps.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can help ASAP.

Authority to leave
If you select authority to leave, delivery is at the courier’s discretion and you accept responsibility once the parcel is marked delivered.
