Due to the nature of food and supplement products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including (but not limited to):
you don’t like the taste or texture
you ordered the wrong item/size
you no longer want the product
you found it cheaper elsewhere
This policy exists for hygiene and food safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
a replacement
a refund
store credit (only if you prefer)
To help us resolve things quickly, please email us at [your support email] with:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label (if relevant)
Timeframes
Damage in transit: contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos)
Wrong item / missing item: contact us within 7 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept a return if we request it, and the product must be:
unopened
seal intact
returned in the original packaging where possible
If the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect), we’ll cover return shipping.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
